i have documents in onedrive.  i have office 365 subscription , when updated latest version, word, excel , powerpoint got new autosave feature. has happened , feature lost in word (it not greyed gone altogether), not excel , powerpoint. should back? hi, this issue may occur if word corrupted or when original file chosen recovery, instead of latest edited version. know more autosave feature of word, suggest check graham mayor's post on thread . let know if need further assistance. i have pretty big excel spreadsheet , need locate cells have data validation. is there way fin list of these cells within worksheet? hi, go find & select (home - in ribbon) , click go special select data validation. press ok (or go pressing f5 in keyboard , click special). after procedure cells have data validation should selected. if want can color cells fill color , use filter sort & filter find each different column cells data validations. to that, after have applied filter go small arow (drop down arow) click , select filter color , filter cell color. now have cells data validation specific column. copy data , paste them in sheet. repeat steps other columns. hope helps. regards, iliru if reply answer question, please mark as  answer . using excel 2013 version, have spread sheet want to lock some cells. have selected the protection status of all relevant cells as locked. when protect sheet, not cells supposed locked locked. sheet has sum formulae and blank cells, also cells are filled with different colours. am confused why cells locked status not getting locked. can me please  thanks ernie the detailed reply. have managed solve problem, got hit online excel forum. i summarize solution below others benefits: if of cells getting locked , other not, go review ribbon, click on menu option 'allow users edit ranges' toward end on top right hand side. if there cells ranges mentioned there delete them all. cells in ranges not locked. thanks atif   Office / Excel / Windows other / Office 2013
