Lumia 950 XL - Bluetooth 'not connected', can't find any - Microsoft Community

i've got 950 xl, seems have issues bluetooth. can't search devices , can't turn bluetooth on or off action centre - if tap on bluetooth says 'not connected' see in screenshot below , nothing else happens.

it working fine when got phone - can't remember when stopped working. think dropped phone other week , although looking @ phone wouldn't tell (screen , body still pretty immaculate) wonder if impact damaged hardware inside bluetooth? possible? how tell?

i've reset phone twice, firstly going settings , resetting there, secondly restoring 10586 using windows device recovery tool , updating 15254. 

current software: windows 10 mobile 1709, build 15254.12 (not running on insider builds). firmware: 01078.00053.16236.35014. 

not massive issue, wondered problem be.

if bluetooth on phone won't pair or cannot connect bluetooth device, suggest follow troubleshooting steps given on lumia troubleshooting , repair.

select following categories , perform suggested steps provided: connectivity > select problem > bluetooth connection not working. make sure select next options given if problem persists.
