Office 365 verification code for student version - no code received - Microsoft Community

i'm trying sign student email.

after entering school email (university, precise), land on page form. according form, supposed email (to school account) code, no such email. 

why this? 

(i've tried twice , each time have waited 10 minutes email arrive)

have missed in signing up?

from description, seems when sign in https://products.office.com/en-sg/student/office-in-education, after entered school email address, , filled form, cannot receive verification code. if that, need contact admin check you.

if not, can provide screenshots clarify situation.
