How come over the last two years, I have never been able to access the - Microsoft Community

last 2 years have paid subscription microsoft office home package of word, excel, powerpoint, access , other features. included 60 minutes free skype credit each month. first took out subscription on 8th january 2016.  to date have never been credited these 60 minutes per month. how go using credit under username on skype??
