i need calculate company annual leave entitlement, what's best formula use:

below 2 years - 12 days

2 5 years - 14 days

above 5 years - 18 days

you can refer andreas’s suggestion use vlookup. here’s solution:

=ifs(b2<2,12,and(b2>=2,b2<5),14,b2>=5,18)
