my lumia phone (wp 8.1) stolen. on onedrive have backup copy of it. can use restore contacts , sms's android phone? there other way access sms's?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
