i have had insane amount of trouble accessing microsoft 365 account in last 2 weeks point i'm ready scrap entire 365 system.  has disrupted business.  when attempt log in using my correct & current user name , password every browser have (firefox, ie, edge), same error message:  "we don't recognize user id or password.  sure type password work or school account." i using password set week or ago microsoft technical help.  i've emptied browser caches, unsaved passwords, etc., still can't access work email.  it's same error message despite switching different computers , empting caches , unsaving password settings, advice received microsoft technical help. when spoke microsoft technical help, had no explanation troubles i'm experiencing.  told "everything looks our end."  in short, i'm absolutely fed up.  causing me lose serious productivity in business , if can't legitimate i'm walking away

in previous versions of excel, hitting f4 repeated last action, pretty irrespective of is.  in excel 2016 no longer case. the issue when inserting blank cells. not columns, or rows, odd cell(s).  in past, has never caused me frustration.  now, however, causes me huge frustration, because if have copied and pasted anything point of trying insert blank cells, whilst working in worksheet, hitting f4 doesn't repeat last action, inserts copied cells. previously shortcut inserting cells was alt+i+e.  yes insert copied cells, once pasted programme forget them, , hitting shortcut again insert new cell(s), number of being dictated whether or not had highlighted cells. though, hitting alt +i+e insert blank cells if have not copied since opening document. i try ctrl+ behaves differently in if insert new cells, , hit crtl+y, nothing, absolutely nothing. this driving me bonkers - why excel abhorrently against inserting blank new cells?????!!!!!

i have been working on onedrive issue 1 of users, , since i'm not typing again here ticket notes: attempted install latest version of onedrive user, encountered error stated "a newer version of onedrive installed" , requesting uninstalled continue. attempted remove references program, unsuccessful in getting installer run. uninstalled onedrive , entire office 2016 suite, , ran stand-alone installer user's onedrive folder in browser, encountered same error.  reinstalled office 2016 completely. after installation, attempted configure onedrive connect user's account. during configuration, received error stating specified user's onedrive files not available offline. researched issue , found settings check in onedrive website, of set allow offline files required. continued research on issue , not find resolution issues. again began investigating resetting issues regarding installing stand-alone onedrive client. found reset pe

hello all, i have following issue ie 11. in our company use web based desk system need download .msg created in outlook (containing attachments well).  in ie 11, when "left-click" link .msg, new tab opens containing encrypted text. if "right-click" , choose "safe as" have option save html. so question is: there easy way enable saving .msg ".msg"? , not save html? hi,  i use windows insider preview version 15063.726 , display adapter on computer radeon hd 5500 series , driver used 13.152.0.0 dated 30-8-2013 provided advanced micro devices inc. digitally signed microsoft windows hardware compatibility publisher. monitor used samsung syncmaster 2333t, 23 inch wide screen, digital driven. it’s noted in device manager generic pnp monitor, driver microsoft dated 21-6-2006, version 10.0.15063.0 , digitally signed microsoft windows. this gives me perfect view, screen filed. nice sharp characters. after update windows insider preview version 16299.15 (rs3_release) screen has black field around active image. it’s 1 -1.5 cm width. active image on screen is  1280 x 1024 instead off 1920 x 1080 px wich should be. after updating windows 10 pro insider preview version 1709, build 16299.15 the display adapter on computer still radeon hd 5500 series, installed driver has changed version 22.19.161.0 dated 20-7-
