Teams opens Wrong Version of Office products - Microsoft Community

pc has office 2010 installed office 2016.  started powerpoint presentation teams using online editor, wanted more advanced choice "open powerpoint".  unfortunately starts powerpoint 2010 instead of 2016.  how start 2016 version?

thank help.  i'd restarted pc multiple times without success.  of office 2016 applications in start menu. 

i did resolve issue uninstalling office 2010 , doing full repair on office 365.  proper associations have been made , incident can closed.
