for better understand issue @ hand , provide right solution address concern, can please confirm if happens on of pdf files, or happen on of pdf files?


need know if issue occurs in pdf files.


in meantime, suggest repair app remove corrupted app components.
repairing browser won't affect anything, resetting remove history, cookies, , settings might have changed. you'll find these options in settings  > apps > microsoft edge > advanced options.
