My Microsoft product won't register to my laptop. - Microsoft Community

hello, purchased , activated microsoft office 1 year subscription, won't install. i've tried rebooting, clean reinstall, nothing seems activate on laptop though on account, states still have 1 pc install left. appreciated.

there several reasons why you're unable install office 365 subscription on computer. did receive error messages when trying install office 365 laptop? since said have 1 pc install left, suggest to  deactivate office 1 of devices, try install office 365 laptop again going https://office.com/myaccount.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
