hi, i facing issue online onenote. had several notes saved in online onenote , @ 1 point wanted acces them on computer , couldn't find them. when opened onenote see flash of 1 of notes , next second got message "welcome new onenote", after no longer retrieve of them. only on windows 10 phone can see deleted items folder can find old deleted notes same bulk, not notes had kept.  i have followed guidelines recover information mentioned in section none of them worked. could please indicate how retrieve these notes? thank you.  hi, for better isolate issue, know following information below: do notes shows in recent docs on onedrive online? have tried web browser check if still encounter same issue? were 1 created notes in onenote? excel- formatting dates in column requires enter dd-mm-yy if want mm-dd-yy. there formatting option mm-dd-yy seems nothing. escalated , researched story remains same. have enter dates backward. can't fixed? seems no-brainer. excel interprets dates entered using system locale settings, not cell format. if want enter dates in order, change windows locale settings accordingly. kevin Office / Excel / Windows 10 / Office 365 Home

ever since using microsoft office 10 excel continues lock up. happens day after day months now. problem seems @ worst when working excel & outlook @ same time. not strictly relegated particular circumstance. excel lock when moving 2nd monitor 1st monitor.  if guessing have spent on 20 hours on phone many levels of microsoft support nobody @ microsoft has provided fix issue.  support has included uninstalls , re-installs on @ least 2 separate occasions. - switching 64 32 32 bit.  additional memory installed (which nobody thought required) hoping might fix issue no avail. auto-save on continue lose information in excel. excel great program until windows 10 came along. don't understand, have been told perhaps licensed program working causing issue. have same programs before windows 10 came out , wasn't issue then. use same programs others in office have windows 7 don't have issue. if there solution out there know. tired of excel locking/slow
