data validation - Microsoft Community

i have pretty big excel spreadsheet , need locate cells have data validation.

is there way fin list of these cells within worksheet?

hi,

go find & select (home - in ribbon) , click go special select data validation. press ok (or go pressing f5 in keyboard , click special).

after procedure cells have data validation should selected.

if want can color cells fill color , use filter sort & filter find each different column cells data validations.

to that, after have applied filter go small arow (drop down arow) click , select filter color , filter cell color.

now have cells data validation specific column. copy data , paste them in sheet.

repeat steps other columns.
