Black marks appearing at random in Excel - Microsoft Community


i acquired new computer. had office 365 installed on it, had license office 2016, installed on it. when using excel, black marks seem appear @ random use worksheet. please see screenshot of below. more use spreadsheet, worse marks get. then, randomly, i'll minimize , clear while before starting off again. have similar issue in word, there whited out columns stretched through writing. ribbon in both applications end being blacked out well, status bar @ bottom. i've tried rebooting, uninstalling , reinstalling, running in safe mode , administrator. nothing seems work.
