Unable to sign up microsoft account with mobile number - Microsoft Community

dear microsoft support team,

when i'm trying signup url: sigunup.live.com number: +98998xxxxxxx (number edited out), got below error:


so means didn't add new mobile range +9899810xxxxx in system, of our subscriber unable sign microsoft account.

appreciate fix issue .
