Creating a website tab? - Microsoft Community

i cannot figure out how post non secure website? understand if external website if our own internal domain, think there should setting toggle on or off. trying create tab linking our own internal web site non "https" doesn't allow me.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
