the icons video , voice chat on lumia 950 phone ( w10 ) grey. there problem app. or know why so?

video , voice calling feature on messenger app unavailable on our platform. add feature, suggest in touch application developer can work on next update. in meantime, can download applications store supports video , voice calling feature.

don't hesitate ask if have questions.
