bought a used microsoft windows 640 phone shipped nigeria, having account issues wiped phone. since after phone requesting protection recovery key have no idea about.

reset protection free service on account.microsoft.com provides layer of protection can't reset or reused when phone lost. if reset protection turned on, confirmation email sent email address associated microsoft account.
reset protection can removed during phone set after resetting using disable using recovery key option.
