excel/office 2016/ windows 10 lock up - Microsoft Community

ever since using microsoft office 10 excel continues lock up. happens day after day months now. problem seems @ worst when working excel & outlook @ same time. not strictly relegated particular circumstance. excel lock when moving 2nd monitor 1st monitor.  if guessing have spent on 20 hours on phone many levels of microsoft support nobody @ microsoft has provided fix issue.  support has included uninstalls , re-installs on @ least 2 separate occasions. - switching 64 32 32 bit.  additional memory installed (which nobody thought required) hoping might fix issue no avail. auto-save on continue lose information in excel. excel great program until windows 10 came along. don't understand, have been told perhaps licensed program working causing issue. have same programs before windows 10 came out , wasn't issue then. use same programs others in office have windows 7 don't have issue. if there solution out there know. tired of excel locking/slowing halt day after day...
