remove all non-English characters, special characters, necessary - Microsoft Community

i have string (80k) of descriptions alphanumeric , contains chinese characters well. 

examples:

０１０３�� ９１２０ ９０ １０ 千克≤重量<５０ 千克的其他猪(改良

１０ ５０ １３ ５ 千克/ 头￣￣￣Ｗｅｉｇｈｉｎｇ １０ｋｇ 

i need able clean these by:

a) removing non-english characters

b) remove special characters

c) remove spaces between numbers

expected results (in adjacent cells):

01039120901050

1050135 weighing 10kg

non-english can outside of 0-9 , a-z.
