NEW: Better way to help you spot changes in PowerPoint decks - Microsoft Community

hi insiders,

i’m lishan yu, program manager in powerpoint team. of enrolled in fast builds, i’m excited introduce new powerpoint collaboration feature helps spot what’s changed in presentation. (for of enrolled in slow builds, you’ll feature in week or two.)

as noticed, documents shared more , more in increasingly collaborative world. when review shared presentation, may find wondering has changed since last visit. starting version 1708 (build 8403.1000), powerpoint can identify what’s changed, person, , @ time.

try collaborating on onedrive or onedrive business presentation, , see changes being highlighted work.

requirements:

  • this feature available office 365 subscribers, using powerpoint windows desktop.
  • both collaborators must running microsoft office version 1708 (build 8403.1000) or higher. otherwise, feature won't work or highlight color may appear different.

if you'd read more feature, can check out article.

we’d love feedback, please let know how think. to in touch, of following:

  • respond post or tweet @ @officeinsider

cheers!
