intermittent issues saving pdfs - Microsoft Community

i'm having intermittent issues saving pdfs office lens. today files show saved when tap open message office lens cannot open

the issue have right can caused pdf file created or application itself. doing troubleshooting steps isolate issue. please follow steps below:

1. check if there available update office lens application.

2. sign out , sign in account.

3. start onenote app on device. go settings > account > click signing off option @ upper right corner of page.

please check if there difference after performing suggested steps.
