Missing notes from OneNote - Microsoft Community

hi,

i facing issue online onenote. had several notes saved in online onenote , @ 1 point wanted acces them on computer , couldn't find them. when opened onenote see flash of 1 of notes , next second got message "welcome new onenote", after no longer retrieve of them.

only on windows 10 phone can see deleted items folder can find old deleted notes same bulk, not notes had kept. i have followed guidelines recover information mentioned in section none of them worked.

could please indicate how retrieve these notes?

for better isolate issue, know following information below:

  • do notes shows in recent docs on onedrive online?
  • have tried web browser check if still encounter same issue?
  • were 1 created notes in onenote?
