on windows 10 ie 11, when open browser homepage (which have changed don't believe that's issue) few minutes pass , tab open bogus security messages , need upgrade flash player etc. once close tab or both browsers , start again i'm clear. have done full scans, enabled pop blocker , cleared dns server addresses. still occurs. how stop tab opening?

1. internet options> general tab> browsing history> delete> uncheck "preserve favorites website data" delete temporary internet files. no reason, yet, delete cookies, history,  passwords, etc.

2. internet explorer> gear icon. manage add-ons [view: add-ons] suspicious add-ons?

3. run programs recommended @ https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-browser-redirect-virus/ 1 @ time until problem appears resolved. may not have run programs.
