Message: "this copy of Microsoft Office is not activated" - Microsoft Community

i have had laptop 2 years , yesterday, started getting message upon opening office program. located , re-entered 25 digit product key. office 2010 seemed reinstall , got message saying has been installed. rebooted computer , opened word. same error message appeared.  

please help.

assuming had office 2010 on computer?  check see version of office have on computer>control panel>programs , features>see if have more 1 version of office on computer.  can uninstall office not want clicking on highlight , @ top of page click on uninstall.


Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows other / Office 2010
