Word and Powerpoint 2016 - Microsoft Community
both programmes keep popping error messages saying can't upload 1 drive because not signed in. says under account signed in , when try resolve type in email address , disappears , nothing. files still uploading 1 drive , can still access them error messages wont stop , keep causing programmes in-responsive.
i have tried redownloading has done nothing.
try following
a. c:\users\user name\appdata\local\microsoft\office\16.0\officefilecache , clear files here
b.
1. close office application
2. rename following folders else (or can delete also)
- c:\users\username\appdata\local\microsoft\office
- c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\office
replace username username
3. repair office installation. (quick repair should good)
