Multiple Accounts - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i'm having little issue.  had opened microsoft account work email prior moving office 365.  have had office 365 sometime now.  tired of popup when logging in work or personal.  deleted personal account , still have office 365.   problem when try log in anywhere else (a new device) states email or pw incorrect.  have gotten new samsung galaxy tablet , wants microsoft account.  try logging in work account , get: email or pw incorrect.  so office 365 account work considered microsoft account?  if try creating new account , use exact same email address account exists.  admin our company , must have credentials working.   hope when deleted first account made not knock out of admin info

based on description, understanding work/school account , personal account have same email address.

given situation, suggest add aliases email address personal account:

1. log your manage account aliases page with personal account, , click “add email alias”.

2. complete create new email address , add alias. when performing step1 , step2, if page asks verify can modify sensitive information. complete according prompt.

3. on next page, make *** email address removed privacy *** primary account , remove office 365 account.
