Password incorrect Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

windows 10 education shows password incorrect although mg password correct after installation. during installation process skipped part had add local email , password , went directly signing office 365 account. unable log in system.pls help

hi,

you should able sign in using office 365 account if have used when setting computer. however, office 365 subscription might connected different microsoft account , 1 captured computer. if using different microsoft account, suggest try signing in computer using account.

if have office 365 account, recommend reset or change office 365 account password , try singing in computer again. additional account, may refer following article: when can't sign in microsoft account.
