Accout Error in OneNote 2013 - Microsoft Community

so today realized 1 note use on desktop wasn't syncing.

it says have account error, , fix them need sign in again, bit "fix me" button.

but, when click this, popup says (mind onenote program on pc, not in browser);

"microsoft account requires javascript sign in. web browser either not support javascript, or scripts being blocked. find out whether browser supports javascript, or allow scripts, see browser's online help."

i have tried updating, restarting, etc. i'm hesitant full reinstall there's lot of stuff don't have sync'd worry might lost/corrupted.
