so today realized 1 note use on desktop wasn't syncing. it says have account error, , fix them need sign in again, bit "fix me" button. but, when click this, popup says (mind onenote program on pc, not in browser); "microsoft account requires javascript sign in. web browser either not support javascript, or scripts being blocked. find out whether browser supports javascript, or allow scripts, see browser's online help." i have tried updating, restarting, etc. i'm hesitant full reinstall there's lot of stuff don't have sync'd worry might lost/corrupted. hello elssha. i'm rey please check following link regarding onenote sync trouble shooting: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/fix-is... hope helps regards Office / OneNote / Windows...

i'm having intermittent issues saving pdfs office lens. today files show saved when tap open message office lens cannot open  hi erin, the issue have right can caused pdf file created or application itself. doing troubleshooting steps isolate issue. please follow steps below: 1. check if there available update office lens application. 2. sign out , sign in account. 3. start onenote app on device. go settings > account > click signing off option @ upper right corner of page. please check if there difference after performing suggested steps. thank you. excel- formatting dates in column requires enter dd-mm-yy if want mm-dd-yy. there formatting option mm-dd-yy seems nothing. escalated , researched story remains same. have enter dates backward. can't fixed? seems no-brainer. excel interprets dates entered using system locale settings, not cell format. if want enter dates in order, change windows locale settings accordingly. kevin Office / Excel / Windows 10 / Office 365 Home
