i have had insane amount of trouble accessing microsoft 365 account in last 2 weeks point i'm ready scrap entire 365 system. has disrupted business. when attempt log in using my correct & current user name , password every browser have (firefox, ie, edge), same error message: "we don't recognize user id or password. sure type password work or school account."
i using password set week or ago microsoft technical help. i've emptied browser caches, unsaved passwords, etc., still can't access work email. it's same error message despite switching different computers , empting caches , unsaving password settings, advice received microsoft technical help.
when spoke microsoft technical help, had no explanation troubles i'm experiencing. told "everything looks our end." in short, i'm absolutely fed up. causing me lose serious productivity in business , if can't legitimate i'm walking away , related 365. please help!

have or admin changed primary email address domain recently? if yes, login id changed use domain. go link , check whether user id can recognized.
for further investigation, i’d collect account. protect privacy, have sent private message.
