problem download update 10.0.14393.1884 windows mobile 10, error 0x8018830f

hi martin,

the update includes additional features , improvements phone. error code 0x8018830f means able download update couldn't opened.

we'd know more concern. please answer following questions:

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • which internet connection using, wifi or mobile data?
