windows update build 16257 rs3 release 170728 problem - Microsoft Community

hi using above build , having problems ...!

i can not access settings @ , shut down sequence nothing ,i have switch off power shut down pc ...

help !!!how restore or update no access settings !!! ???

first of running old version. insider @ 16299.15 rtm.

download latest insider iso 16296, mount , run setup.exe update , fix issue. clean install if prefer. should able update 16299.15.
