hi dina,

please check if following steps work you:

1. check problematic notebook in onedrive onenote online. make sure content in correct.

2. close notebooks/problematic notebooks in onenote mac.

3. sign out account in onenote mac.

4. remove keychain entries refer step 3 mentioned in article.

5. restart mac , onenote. sign in microsoft account notebooks.

6. open problematic notebook. check if issue persists.

if issue still occurs, i'd confirm following things:

1. issue related 1 notebook in account or notebooks?

2. issue occur @ pages/sections in notebook?

3. encounter issue after updating 15.37?

4. onenote stand-alone app in apple app store?
