major problem need as much advice about latest unusable laptop, from - Microsoft Community

hello members, andrew here, been fun , games, since last night, waited 5. build install, when came use laptop, oooh no not again, performance of laptop shocking least, issues same when installed last build, keypad typing errors, sound low , distorted, hanging, , shut apps down unexpectedly, other were, diesel car engine, in cold winter morning,  old diesel engine broken core plugs , laptop running like, again, thought cannot go on like  time, windows send new build out, went settings pressed stop getting preview builds on drop down menu, clicked roll previous build,, when roll began, that's when problem started, waited, do, screen message,  was   saying press ok, recovery partion, , would,nt press, black screen saying press ok , when did turn computer off, anyway computer dead, managed little menu f1, up, nothing had 5 discs when buy laptop new, recovery partion discs or something, , loaded them up, followed instructions , walla i'm clean windows 8, when bought it, i'm stuck reloding windows 10 , sercurity apps i'm lost now, advice kindly appreciated thank i,m beginner learning process best regards andrew

 this kind of experience why make full system backups external hard drive.  when have kind of thing happen me, can restore system , , running in under 30 min.  use macrium reflect and/or easeus todo backup, both of have free versions non-commercial use.  kind of ounce of prevention has saved me many painful pounds of cure.
