i cant remember account associated ms word key product? how can retrieve?

clarify, account type using? microsoft account (like *** email address removed privacy ***) or office 365 business account? (*** email address removed privacy ***)
able contact admin in organization? if can ask them.

in office 365 business, can open office 2016 app > click file > account > belongs to see username.
