WHY IS OFFICE AND ITS ASSOCIATES SCREWING ME? - Microsoft Community

sorry bout i'm not happy. opened computer 1 day , word, excel, , powerpoint had stopped working uninstalled office cuz wasn't working either. bought office 365 (or @ least i'm 90% sure did) , can open on edge , can open office on laptop. word, excel, , powerpoint still don't work. use word , excel on daily basis need help. cannot log office 365 admin.

critical words in description "......................then bought office 365 (or @ least i'm 90% sure did) ............"

not clear why 90% sure - office 365 either purchased or wasn't. if was, have created account, entered details along payment (credit card) information @ point 1 yr subscription start , have been notified details. or put succinct way, either credit card charged or wasn't.

rest of description "..................and can open on edge ........" - sounds referring free office online apps - see below
