my window 10 went black , white when system shutdown or restart again   only when win start , please shall reset again

hi,

having outdated display driver 1 of possible causes why experiencing sudden change on display color of device. provide effective resolution, need answer following questions:

  • which build , edition of windows 10 installed on pc?
  • what changes have made on computer before issue occurred?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

in meantime, suggest updating display adapter. link serves guide on how update drivers in windows 10.
