windows 10 updates and Office 2007 with stdole32.tlb snafu... - Microsoft Community

since last windows 10 update, everytime run excel 2007 in windows 10, stdole32.tlb box comes , has reconfigure itself. don't know file supposed be. windows 10 keeps running slower , slower. need know how stop this?
