synchronisation One Note 2016 - Microsoft Community

we use 1 note log different youthworkers working group of children. have different sections in 1 note each child. different workers write information in same section @ same time. in earlier version of 1 note 2010 don't have problem fix it. it's no longer possible it. synchronisation failed , "ox8" message. 1 note must closed, have remove cache , problem fixed then.

can suggest solution problem?

1. onenote version.

2. check if users have issue.

3. screenshot of error message.

4. did notebook store. onedrive business?
