is there other way out or ay other modification can fix ?

hi gau_428,

from experience, in exchange online, if email’s scl rating 6, marked spam default: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200686(v=exchg.150).aspx .

so suggest first check if scl level of these emails set 6. check if set spam emails move messages junk email folder under eac. detailed information, please refer use exchange admin center (eac) configure spam filter policies part of article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200684(v=exchg.150).aspx . note: should use admin account log eac.

thanks,

amanda
