Skype is no longer working on my Lumia 640 - Microsoft Community

up 6 months ago skype account working ok on ms lumia 640 xl running windows 8.1. stopped working, , no longer able login using ms live account - got error message "you cannot signed @ time - please check network settings , try later". later upgraded  lumia windows 10 issue remains. same issue when launch skype start menu on windows 10 pc. if logon live.com account on pc , select skype dashboard can start skype no issues. have tried same lumia whenever logon live.com account opens ms mail application, , cannot access dash board open skype. has had same issue , got around it?
