as stated, there highly unusual , erratic mouse behavior while moving mouse in games not utilize rawinput. mouse jump ahead pixels or aim randomly air. behavior inconsistent , happens on multiple systems vastly

in creators update, issue new input stack moving mouse cause mouse not track @ all. effect has been inverted in fall creators update builds. ingame crosshair jumps when moving mouse slowly.
