Office 365 Excel not starting, cannot change, uninstall or re-install - Microsoft Community

excel program not start @ now. word seems working fine excel appears starting once clicked on activity stops , nothing happens. have run sfc , did repair files made no difference. programs , features neither change or uninstall office 365 run either. have tried reinstall office 365 32 bit setup executable file , not run either. appears me possibly windows application launcher issue? @ loss try next. appreciated.

issue resolved microsoft support login, deletion of registry keys, uninstall , reinstall of office 365.
