MS Office 13 or 16 - Microsoft Community

have laptop , desktop need install upgrade msoffice 7 either office 13 or office 16.   live in rural area in louisiana , cloud not work gardening presentations.   of presentations done in places don't have internet access.  have buy 2 different versions of office 13 or 16 or buy license 2 users or possible load and/or download version both laptop , desktop on same license?  there hard copies or disks available sale anywhere?  when rural, mean rural , try download large program or upgrade internet service take days.  takes friend @ least 8 10 hours download steam game.

if using desktop versions of office, not getting programs through internet, app files installed on local pc.

and said entirely optional whether use onedrive (cloud) locate data files, apposed local pc
