Lost functionality after installing update - Microsoft Community

have lost functionality on main profile after installing update 16232.rs_prerelease.170624-1334 , got (\microsoft\windows\devicedirectoryclient\registeruserdevice) when trying close down - profile has frozen or buffering hours.  accessing , using edge going through different profile on same computer?  can please - can't clean start-up through damaged profile no functionality?

when you've mentioned current user profile has no functionality, can elaborate more on you're trying take better @ it? recommend updating windows insider build version latest 1 16237 pc. here's article reference.
