having read other posts there still seems no solution i'm aware of.

this first year implement onenote class notebooks, thinking go through them on own time without carrying bunches of papers.  my concern i'm giving feedback, "nothing here!" comments....and i'd them stay there when student updates situation can keep track of when last checked situations.

can advise me please?

 it not feasible restrict deleting teachers’ notes students.

given situation, suggest yousubmit feedback via onenote uservoice. best way let related team hear voice. suggestions perfect our products , services.
