How to add myself as an admin | Dynamics 365 - Microsoft Community


hi,

i registered trial dynamics 365 on 07/06/2017, not able view admin tools, tried calling support phone number 800-865-9408, asked contact 888-477-7989, asked me contact 866-425-1865, asked me contact 800-865-9408, after speaking multiple people , "hours" on hold issue stands open, need on following - 

registered trial - dynamics 365 (plan subscribe paid version once able set org)

only 1 user present - i.e. myself 

i not admin hence org set not possible

called support - no received after spending hours listening music , speaking unable help

tried following options - 

login dynamics 365

navigate other applications

click on - admin

question appears - ready become admin <<company name>> link - "yes, want become admin"

after clicking on "yes, want become admin"

page says - "add txt record show own <<domain name>>

issue - domain owner different , crm admin different, admin not have access modify dns records

which leaves me helpless , unable use crm, received no phone support (2 case numbers no solution)

questions - 

if register trial , pay once trail expires why need make changes in dns records register myself admin? (microsoft internal crm admin , domain owner microsoft.com same person? if no why ms expect dynamics crm admin have access dns records)

what alternate procedure add myself admin (i user in org)
