if have joined insiders, can take 24 hours receive latest fast ring build. skip ahead program closed enrollment.

to receive build 16278, latest insider build, make sure have selected fast ring in settings new insiders shown slow ring.

edit: seem in rush insider builds, can download latest iso 16251 put in line receive 16278. sure set fast ring. link here:
