Exchange 2010 / Office 365 Hybrid config - Microsoft Community

the setup - in house exchange 2010 sp3, office 365 hosted exchange

we have run hybrid config wizard , upon reading afterwards, not think correct options selected. ideally, need able re-run hybrid wizard , allow select right options. when try re-run hybrid config wizard, asking me sign in credentials office 365, select features want part of config, checks connections (which passes) , updates config. cant re-select options such federation trust, certificate, hub transport server, org fqdn etc etc.

the aspect that's linked between inhouse ad , office 365 ad sync.

can please advise how reset hybrid setup?

re-run hcw let choose configurations again , update them. example, if didn’t choose centralized mail flow before, next time run hcw , choose option, hcw update mail flow centralized mail flow.  mean update.

 

there aren’t options chosen when running hcw. long hcw run successfully, chosen options correctly configured. when saying “incorrect options selected”, please let know achieve?

 

minimal hybrid option organizations plan migrate local stuff online , choose not retain hybrid deployment. compared full hybrid deployment, doesn’t have following features:

1. cross-premises free/busy

2. tls secured mail flow between on-premises , exchange online

3. cross-premises ediscovery

4. automatic outlook on web , activesync redirection migrated users

5. automatic retention archive mailbox
