Contacts lost - Microsoft Community

yesterday evening, using whatsapp on windows lumia 535 ds (windows 10). of sudden noticed names of people on chat list started dissapering numbers visible. when checked contacts in phonebook missing. so, when checked account settings, accounts selected/ticked (both hotmail , google).
how can recover lost contacts?
